If you are unsure when your membership expires, please email us at wyotainfo@gmail.com.(mailto:wyotainfo@gmail.com) You may register for the conference as a member provided you complete a membership application and submit payment prior to registering for the conference. You may become a member immediately prior to registering for the conference by using our website membership application process.

What if I can’t make it to the conference? Can I get a refund?

Life happens, we get it. Refunds for the conference will be provided up to one week prior to the first day of the conference. For extreme circumstances, please contact us at wyotainfo@gmail.com.(mailto:wyotainfo@gmail.com)
